Swati CHHIBBER is responsible for supporting the partnership approach at Bi4D, and conducting analysis of funding opportunities. She has over 5 years of work experience within international organisations and non-profits in Delhi and Geneva, and UN bodies such as UNESCO and UNITAR. Her major focus has been on program management, relationships building with stakeholders and strategic communication. She is also a freelance writer for websites in the international development sector. She holds an Executive Masters in International Relations from the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations, a Masters degree in Public Administration from Jamia Millia Islamia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University. 

Nicolas MUSOLINO has a successful track record of more than ten years in a leading asset management company as a fixed income quantitative analyst. Nicolas has authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals and holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Geneva and a Certificate in Quantiative Finance (CQF). He lives in Geneva and has supported various non-profit organisations, which are engaged in scientific research, environment and education. Nicolas is Franco – Swiss binational.
