It aims to foster the conditions, partnerships, collaboration and approaches that lead to all refugee, asylum seeker, returnee and stateless children and youth and their hosting communities, including the internally displaced in those communities, to access education that enables them to learn, thrive and develop their potential.<\/span>&#8216;\u00a0<\/em><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Ref:United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, September 2019<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2021, the conflicts in Afghanistan took a dramatic turn with the withdrawal of all international troops, and the collapse of the government. This\u00a0has caused many Afghans to leave their country.
