Surviving in a Non- Profit : Workshop on self-awareness and personal development<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Dec 16th, as part of its Staff Development Plan, Bi4D organized a workshop<\/a>\u00a0to strengthen the professional and personal growth of its staff and active members. The workshop was\u00a0also open to the public. During this session, the participants explored a framework to help them enhance self-awareness and effective communication to support their goals and aspirations within a non-profit setting.<\/p>\n

The workshop\u00a0was facilitated by Dr. Niyati Kataria, assistant professor of management at Midwestern State University in Texas.\u00a0She teaches and provides training in the areas of organizational psychology, human resource management and the effect of national culture on management styles.<\/p>\n
